Hello again Follow Toastmasters & Guests!
Thank You all for making today the largest meeting in recent months. Almost 30 people were in Attendance. I'm glad everybody enjoyed the original Topic I chose - "Stranded on an Island"
The whole meeting was fun, and ran very smooth... it couldn't have happened with out YOU! Our club has some of the best people... and after hearing Jim's Wonderful Speech #5 "Gratitude & Your Attitude", I would like to say I'm very Thankful to be a club with all of you.
Congrats Jim, on your Best Speaker Ribbon!
Thanks for 3 other great speeches from Bill K, Donna K, and Romulo.
Some wonderful and insightful evaluations, and another GOOD JOB, to Debbie D taking home the ribbon for best Evaluator. Terrie M gave her best evaluation yet, and Jon M and John A also did 2 very good evaluations.
Terry... Great to have you back to the meeting. The few minutes you spoke at table topics was very moving, and congratulations on your "Best Table Topics" win.
I'd also like to thank, Jon B (Great Joke!), Griff (Perfect Poem), Rick (Nice Word of the day) and Jon M for the specialty role of Melody Master! Also.... very funny and thoughtful table topics, Meg!!
Last but not least, Joe E... Thanks for being a great GE, and staying in contact over the past week or so. You gave me some good creative ideas, and they all worked!!
See you at the next meeting, Toastmasters!!
Best Wishes & Happy Speaking,
Justin C.

Wow! The year has passed so quickly. Today we had our last Toastmasters Meeting of the year! Sandy B won the ribbon for Best Speaker with her 5th speech "Lists, Lists, Lists". Great Job, Sandy! Jon M also gave a speech... his 10th Speech! He will now earn his CC. Way to go, Jon! Now onto the advanced Manual.
WZ Bill made a beautiful agenda, and did a superb job his first time as Toastmaster. I filled in for Martha as acting President (which always makes me feel good) and told a very funny Christmas Joke, too! Joe E did a great job as always in his role of GE, and John B added yet another Best Evaluator Ribbon to his stack!
Thanks again to Sandy, for hosting the Holiday Party at her beautiful Home. Everybody had a fantastic time & wow, those rice krispy treats were down right Yummy! We look forward to another amazing year, as the biggest and best Toastmasters Club in the Valley! See you at the Jan 2nd Meeting "New Beginnings" which will be run by Jon M. Bring a guest! The more the merrier!
Happy Speaking, Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!!

Another Fantastic Meeting! The highlight (for me) was when my Wife (and fellow toastmaster) brought our newborn son to the meeting! He's about 3 months old, and everybody was excited to see the face of a young Toastmaster... in the making anyway!! Thanks for the support and best wishes from everybody!!
Best Wishes & Happy Speaking!!

Welcome Guests & Fellow Toastmasters.
Wow, the Meetings just keep getting better! Thank you to Donna and everybody who gave a "baby gift" to Erin and I today. That was very thoughtful, and our new baby boy will appreciate it very much. A future Toastmaster I'm sure.
Congrats to Jonathan M. for BEST Speech! Already on Speech #6 and chuggin' right along. Thanks to all of the guests who showed up, and for our new members, John G, Meg T, & Bill! You will all be a great addition to the biggest and best Toastmasters club in the Valley!
Great job with Table topics today, Erin! Best Table Topics Ribbon for you!
And John Bell, Another fabulous evaluation. I took a lot of great feedback to work on, and thanks to everybody else who made comments and gave notes. That's what it's all about, improving one speech at a time.
Look forward to seeing you all at the next meeting, and we'd like to encourage guests to come see what we're all about! Don't forget about the Sept 19th meeting, the Humorous Speech Contest! See you there.
Best Wishes & Happy SPEAKING!
